Broken spring replacement – Whispering Lakes Ranch

The customer called to say a spring broke. I arrived on site and confirmed one of his two springs was broken. I explained to the customer the benefits of replacing both springs at the same time. He agreed and approved the spring replacement. I installed brand new 225x2x26 springs. The door balanced well, and I finished the job by fully lubricating all the rollers and hinges. I also reset the limit on his garage door opener. The customer was happy.
