That is a straightforward replacement on an existing setup. If the door itself needs work first, or the wiring or the header bracket has to be redone, we tell you before we start and you decide.

The B4310 and B6630 have a camera built into the opener. The hardware is included in the price above, but Chamberlain charges a separate subscription to use the video features. That is their fee, not ours, and we would rather you know now than find out after the install.
Opener prices track what our supplier charges and can move. Sales tax is calculated at the 8.25% rate for our area. We confirm the current number with you on the phone before we order anything.
Most of the openers we are called out to are past the point where repair makes sense. Parts for older units are often discontinued, and putting a part into a motor that has already done its cycles usually buys months rather than years. In most cases we will recommend replacing the unit, and we will explain what we found so you can see why.
